‘We’re based in Swanpool, Victoria,’ Annie says.
‘But we do like to travel to all the big Halter,
Performance, Cutting and Reining shows with our
pop-up shop. Cleaning and shaping hats as well as
keeping my customers looking their very best is my
constant aim. I love looking at the line-ups in the
arenas and seeing all my hats looking so great. If I
do see someone in a crooked hat, that is my biggest
bugbear. I will often grab that customer for a quick
fix before letting them enter the pen.’
