PG.8 PRESIDENT REPORT Hi everyone, The Office has been very busy during May, June and July processing breeding returns and registration applications. T urn around at the office is back to within 4 days of receiving your paperwork. If you are not experiencing this time frame, please contact the office by email to [email protected]. au Delays often occur due to one of the following, but not limited to: Fees not paid, paperwork partly lodged, non-member. Show Season 2018/2019 points will all be lodged by end of August. Therefore it will not belong before the Top Ten will be announced. Congratulations to all the owners of horses and members that have gained and submitted points over the last 12 months. The Annual General Meeting and Awards Night is being held in Melbourne this year at the Pullman, Albert Park. We hope that you can all join us for a great evening. Forms for nomination to the Board of Directors have been circulated. There are four positions available and sitting Directors, Kyle Mobberley, Paul Lorimer, Ricky Glen and Kate Elliott are eligible to be nominated plus any other member that can contribute to the running of the Association. A term as a Director can be time consuming. All information gained whilst a Director is confidential and the decisions you have to make, on behalf of the membership, will not always be what you personally feel they should be, but fall to the majority of the Boards vote.
