This is one of the biggest payouts over $ 235,000 in cash and prizes the ARBC has seen .
The Western Dressage Championships saw record nominations requiring the purchase of another arena to meet the growing interest in competitors wanting to compete at this years ARBC Show .
Two arena ’ s , Two Judges & 2 pencillers as well as 2 photographers , certainly worked to help showcase this ever-growing sport with many competitors cross entering from both the Reining and Stockmans Challenge events . As the ARBC Show has grown it does mean there are so many that contribute to its success and as such we thank everyone involved with assisting with the ARBC Show in a small or more involved way , the “ Can Do ” Attitude from everyone involved is what keeps this great show not only running yet a place that is a must do on the show calendar each year .
The ARBC Lil Joe Cash OPEN Derby Event had a total prize pool of $ 50,349 less the payouts of 5 % of the placed horse ’ s earning to the ARBC Nominated Stallion owners , congratulations to all competitors , owners and connections .
The ARBC Nominated Stallion owners of Gunners Special Nite , Gottagetagunner & Lil Nu It All connections picked up the $ 1,000 each owners incentive plus 5 % of their progeny earnings . Congratulations to all connections and thank you for supporting the ARBC . The feature events being the ARBC Lil Joe Cash OPEN Derby Event where 31 horses were nominated in the six divisions of the Derby running for a total prize purse of $ 50,349 , with the open Derby paying down to 6th Place .

The 2022 ARBC Lil Joe Cash OPEN Derby Championship title going to WHIZZNT ME owned by Josephine Hale , ridden by Lana Kelderman , winning with a top score of 218 ; taking home $ 11,410 along with the Jim Taylor Trophy Saddle , ARBC Trophy Cup , ARBC Championship Buckle and ARBC Show Bridle handcrafted by Mr Rick Meredith , ARBC Embroidered Championship Jacket along with a garland by Simply Sensational Garlands .
