Landmark Equine again hosted the
annual horse sale on the 4th June
grossing $700,000. The overall average
was up by $1312 from the 2014 sale to
$10,606 with a 73% clearance.
The top price of $60,000 was attained
by led yearling filly, Sweet Lil Rey (lot
16), on account of D and K Simpkins,
Kilkivan QLD. She is by the USA sire
Dual Rey from the imported mare
Sweet Lil Boo. She was a lovely type and
attracted hot bidding and purchased by
WSA Trading, Barraba NSW.
Lot 93,GB Mrs Gump (Hard Hat Henry
x A One Jays Buckle Bunny), attained
$40,000 to be top price ridden mare on
account of Copabella Partnership. The
mare trained by Todd Graham made
the Open Derby final and placed 5th and
was purchased by Wrigley Cattle Co,
Condobolin NSW.
