the “A” and “AA” shows to the Association twenty-one
(21) days before the first day of the show. The “AA”
program must be used for the “A” and the “AA”
shows.
f) Affiliates must place a notice, at the venue prior to
commencement of the show, for all members to be
made aware who is judging the “A” and who is
judging the “AA” show.
g) All rules and regulations pertaining to approved
classes and prize money must be adhered to as per
the type of show being held.
h) It is recommended that two sets of High Point Awards
are presented and that they be of similar standard
and value.
i) Applications must be received by the Association
sixty (60) days prior to the show date for a Multi
Judged Show. All classes being held at this event
must be on the program when applying for approval.
46.6 Multi Judged Consecutive Show
a) A Multi Judged Consecutive Show is defined as: two (2)
AQHA Affiliates or one (1) AQHA Affiliate and one (1)
other recognised organisation, applying for approval to
run the same program over a minimum of two days at
the same time. All classes are run only once, with both
judges judging independently.
b) An AQHA Affiliate and any other recognised
organisation will only be permitted to run one (1) Multi
Judged Consecutive show per show season.
Both organisations must apply for approval, on separate
Multi Judged Show application forms, to run the same
program over a minimum of two (2) days at the same
time.
c) This show can be either “A” or “AA” approved.
d) No beginner type classes can be held at multi-judged
shows.
e) Each of the Judges placings will result in separate
results being submitted by each Affiliate to the
Association, therefore two sets of points will be
awarded.
f) All requirements for “A” or “AA” approval must be met
depending on the class of program being held.
g) Both clubs must award the same prize money on the
same classes, ribbons and trophies must be of similar
standard and value. It is recommended that two (2) sets
of High Point Awards be presented and they are of
similar standard and value.
h) Judges names must be filed with the Association
twenty-one (21) days prior to the first day of the show.
i) Applications must be received by the Association sixty
(60) days prior to the show date for a Multi Judged
Show. All classes being held at this event must be on
the program when applying for approval.
47. STATE AND NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP SHOWS
State Show Tender
a) All State Championship Shows must be tendered for.
Applications will be approved by the Board of Directors.
b) No approval can be given to conduct State
Championships without a program of classes being
