b) Breeding Returns for all mares served between 1st
March and 31st July in any year must be lodged by the
owner of the stallion providing the service by 31st
October next following.
c) Any stallion whose Breeding Returns are not lodged
within twelve (12) months of the due date may have its
registration suspended for non-compliance.
d) Any stallion suspended will be eligible to have its
suspension lifted once all paperwork and any required
genetic tests are brought up to date and all fees and
penalty fees are paid.
12.5 Lodgement of a Breeding Return will generate an
application for registration.
a) The application for registration will be sent to the
Stallion owner who must:
i) complete and sign the stallion owner‟s declaration;
and
ii) send the registration application to the Breeder
(mare owner at time of service) to complete and
lodge with the Association once the foal is born.
b) The dates of service must marry to the original stallion
breeding return received by the Association.
