We have kept you posted throughout the year about all the steps we had to take to comply with the requirements from Inspección General de
Personass Jurídicas
. We asked you to renew your membership by signing a new registry and we summoned you to a second General Meeting( held on October 15th
) which approved updated Statutes. On October 24th we finally submitted all the documentation requested.
This sounds much simpler than it actually was, and placed great demands on EC members throughout the year. As we write
, unfortunately, we have yet to receive confirmation that this cumbersome process has come to an end, but we will let you know as soon as we are notified.
