How To Submit a Story to DOJO Digest Magazine Submission Guidelines DOJO Digest welcomes your news stories, announcements, story ideas and comments. You’re particularly invited to submit photos of your students and instructors during classroom training and your special events. Please refer to the Photography Guidelines below for specifications. 1. Submit a one-paragraph overview of your story ideas or other content suggestions. Don’t take the time to write a complete story until you’ve communicated with the managing editor. Content is planned and prepared well in advance of publication date, so please contact the team at least 120 days before the month in which you would like your news story or story ideas to appear. 3. Include your day and evening phone numbers and email address. Writers’ Guidelines The DOJO Digest staff seeks stories and articles that will inform and educate two primary groups of instructors and school owners. 1. Martial arts professionals who have operated schools for several years and need innovative methods and strategies to improve their business operations.
