CULINARY DELIGHTS

SPRING CULINARY DELIGHTS The Culinary department of the Peachtree Inn are excited about the new Spring menu ! They hosted the Peachtree residents to try out some new delicious delights ! The Residents had requested lighter food for the spring menu and seemed pleased with the samples of homemade freshness given to them . All the new selections are going to be made available to the Peachtree Inn this spring .
JUMPING GENE ENTERTAINMENT
One dish is a new version of the Peachtree chicken which is a chicken breast wrapped in bacon , with a savory peach sauce and diced peaches !
There is a stuffed pollock that is filled with a crab meat bread dressing .
The English-style tilapia is coated with butter herb bread crumbs and cooked to a golden brown .
The residents favorite was a chilled crab salad with light vinegarette and a touch of lemon . This is sure to delight on a nice summer evening .
The Orchards of East Liverpool residents were THRILLED to , once again , have Jumping Gene entertain them with some great tunes !
The next dish we displayed is sautéed shrimp in a thick garlic sauce .
Our own Kye made a Bavarian layered gelatin with fresh fruit . What a treat to end your evening dinner !
