The route is described as ‘flat and rapid’, ideal if you’re looking to set a personal best. On Saturday 7th June 2014, thousands of women and men wearing brightly decorated bras will power walk through the streets of Edinburgh at midnight to raise money and awareness for breast cancer. Places are still available for two of the event’s four walking challenges - the New Moon (6.55 miles) and the Half Moon (13.1 miles). Get fit, and have fun! Info This cycling challenge is being organised in memory of an amazing teenager, Paul Davies who was diagnosed with cancer at just 14. After losing is fight with the disease in July 2010, his family and friends began to fundraise to help raise money for charities close to Paul’s heart. The route starts and end at Musselburgh Racecourse and cyclists are being asked to wear odd socks and collect money in socks in memory of Paul who was known for this quirk!
