WATER HEATER REPAIR FUNDAMENTALS

Water heaters store and heat water for an apartment building. There are two main types of water heaters: gas and electric. Both are basically the same except that gas water heaters have a gas burner at the bottom and a flue vent at the top, and electric water heaters have electric heating elements inside the tank.
This seminar will cover the fundamentals of each system and common water heater problems and solutions.

No one likes to be in the dark or without access to the things they regularly use. Therefore, it’ s important to handle electrical problems quickly— but even more critically, to do so safely.
In this Electrical 101 course, students will learn about the basics of electrical theory, key electrical terms, electricity and plumbing, electrical safety, and the roles and responsibilities of maintenance professionals.
