• The Clinton County SPCA is open to the public for adoptions, at 33 Mill Hill Road in Lock Haven. • The Lycoming County SPCA is open for pet adoptions by appointment. We will be holding our Annual Paws Run on Saturday, April 26th. The race begins at 9am at South Williamsport Community Park, 545 East Central Avenue, near the Little League Stadium. On-site registration starts at 7:30 am. Registration and info packet pick up will occur at Pavilion # 3. Proceeds from this 5K benefit the shelter. • Pets Come First in Centre Hall is open to the public for adoptions at the shelter, General Potter Highway in Centre Hall. We will be holding a Bingo Fundraiser on Sunday, June 14th. For more info: 814-364-1725 / petscomefirst. net.
• Centre County PAWS in State College will be holding a Walk-In Low-Cost Vaccine and Microchip Clinic on April 22nd: Cat / Dog Rabies Vaccine- $ 10, Cat / Dog Distemper- $ 15, Microchip- $ 25. This clinic is first-come, first-serve. High volume expected. We will host a low / cost Spay / Neuter Clinic on Wednesday, April 15th, for cats. Registration and purchase is required to participate in the clinic. Limited spots are available. Registration will open up one week prior to clinic date.
