Sweet Potato Cookies
Such a healthy and tasty snack for your pet! Ingredients:
• 1 large sweet potato, peeled, cooked, and mashed
• 3 eggs
• 3 / 4 cup unsweetened applesauce
• 1 1 / 3 cups coconut flour
• 1 banana, mashed
• 1 / 4 cup kefir
• 1 / 2 tsp. ginger and / or cinnamon( optional)
Instructions:
1) Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
2) Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
3) Form mixture into 1- 2 inch cookies.
4) Place cookies on parchment paper or greased cookie sheet.
4) Bake in oven for one hour. 5) Let cool before serving.
6) Keep cookies refrigerated up to one week.
