TechCon Celebrates 10 Years !
The 10th Edition Of Techcon , AAMD ’ s Premier Innovation And Technology Conference , Was Once Again Held At Empower Field At Mile High . Attendees were treated to a well-thought out and wide-reaching selection of presentations in the TechTalkseducation breakout sessions . These sessions were focused on incorporating technology into the multifamily industry , making operations simpler for residents and more efficient for employees . Some of the sessions also focused on employee retention and using an empowered staff to create a more consistent on-site experience .
Many of AAMD ’ s supplier partners were also present on the trade show floor , which allowed attendees to network with
companies that can help provide a variety of solutions . During the popular “ Minute to Win It ” presentations from the main stage , it was clear to see how each supplier is able to incorporate forward thinking ideas and cutting edge technology into products that can improve workflow and tenant confidence .
The event was capped off with a keynote speech by Gair Maxwell , the author of Big Little Legends . The call of innovation was once again addressed , as the speaker explored the reasons behind the success of many of today ’ s popular brands .
