Carrot Cake Cupcakes
Dogs love carrots , too ! Treat them with this healthy snack !
Ingredients :
• 2 cups shredded carrots
• 3 eggs
• 2 teaspoons cinnamon
• 1 / 2 cup unsweetened applesauce
• 1 / 2 cup rolled oats
• 2 cups whole wheat flour
Instructions :
1 ) Preheat oven to 350 degrees . 2 ) Lightly spray cups of muffin tin .
3 ) In a large bowl , stir together the carrots , eggs , and applesauce . Set aside . In another bowl , whisk together the cinnamon , oats , and flour . Stir dry ingredients until well blended .
4 ) Spoon mixture into muffin tin . 5 ) Bake for 25 minutes .
6 ) Cool completely on a wire rack before serving .
* These doggie cupcakes will stay fresh in your refrigerator for two weeks , or two months in your freezer .
