* YLS President As a Board member , I will be committed to furthering the PBCBA ’ s mission to serve its members , foster professionalism , and enhance the public ’ s understanding and awareness of the legal system . I will continue to support the advancement of young lawyers and initiatives that further their careers so that they are engaged and excited to continue practicing in Palm Beach County . I will also bring a unique perspective to the board - as a former litigator and current in-house attorney , I will be able to provide input from diverse practice areas and help the Board address the nuanced needs of all its members .
As far as prior PBCBA leadership experience , I currently serve as the President of the Young Lawyer ’ s Section of the PBCBA , which is the PBCBA ’ s largest section . This position allowed me to hold a seat on the board of directors for the past year so I have gotten an introduction to the Board and the work this position will entail . Prior to holding the YLS President position , I served as Treasurer , Secretary , and President Elect of the YLS . Additionally , I am currently serving in my second year as a chair of the Business Litigation CLE Committee . I have also served on the Professionalism , Lawyers for Literacy , Civil Practice , and Judicial Relations Committees .
I have been active in the Palm Beach County legal community since beginning my career in 2013 and I would be honored for the chance to continue to serve the PBCBA as a Board member .

* incumbent I am honored to have served on the PBCBA Board of Directors since 2020 . That was a year that brought much upheaval to the world , but also great innovation . I am proud that I was able to help the PBCBA not only survive during that difficult time but thrive .
Prior to joining the Board , I was an active member of the PBCBA . I was a member of several committees , often taking on leadership roles as subcommittee chair or organizing CLEs . I chaired the Appellate Practice Committee for two years , co-chaired the Judicial Relations Committee for two years and chaired the Membership Committee for one year . I was also a member of the Bench Bar Committee for two years .
Since becoming a member of the Board , I have continued as an active member of various committees , in addition to my duties on the Board . I have served as the Board liaison to the Membership Committee since 2020 . I have also served on the Professionalism Committee where I have helped organize the popular New Attorney Breakfast for the past several years . I am also co-chairing the Appellate Practice Committee for a third time this year .
My work on these subcommittees and on the Board has given me a unique and broad understanding of the work the PBCBA does for its members . If reelected to the Board , I will continue to bring the hard work and dedication I have exhibited over the past 11 years on behalf of the Bar to the Board .
