Cicely Dove is a passionate servant leader with two decades of program management and organizational leadership for Crossroads Rhode Island , the state ’ s leading provider of housing and services for the homeless . As Chief Program Officer of Crisis and Shelter Services , she provides strategic direction and leadership for Crossroads ’ Emergency Shelter and Crisis Response Services and Programs , including Diversion and Prevention Services , five emergency shelter programs , a domestic violence safe house and statewide navigation services .
Cicely is diligent about collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that the agency ’ s services are effective , of the highest quality , and deliver measurable cost-efficient results that advance the mission of Crossroads Rhode Island .
Cicely ’ s longstanding commitment to community investment is reflected by her affiliation with numerous boards and groups such as the Nickerson Community Center , South Providence Neighborhood Ministries , the Greater Providence YMCA , and RI Coalition of 100 Black Women , Inc .

She holds a Bachelor of Social Work degree from Rhode Island College , a Master ’ s of Science , specializing in organizational management and leadership , and has completed academic studies in pursuit of a doctorate in human services , with a special concentration in public service leadership .
Cicely currently resides in Providence with her husband , Brandon and daughters Brianna and Moriah .
