What did it take to put the video together ?
The most difficult part of the presentation was getting the spot down to exactly thirty seconds . It took approximately nineteen takes by eliminating two or three words with each take . Within an hour of the DNC presentation , there were over 100,000 internet hits on Rhode Island-style calamari and the domain “ RI the calamari comeback state ” had already been taken . To this day , I still receive calls from the national and international press inquiring about our state appetizer and where it can be purchased .

Sara L . Benn , a self made business woman and founder of elevate barre and cycle is on a mission to provide clients with a fitness routine that brings her community together . Since March 2018 , her boutique studio nestled in her home town of Narragansett has provided indoor cycling , barre , TRX and will be expanding with kickboxing and a juice bar . Despite Covid-19 and being forced to shut down , the studio quickly adapted and brought the classes outside to Narragansett Beach and Casey Farm . Seeing this as an opportunity the studio continues to penetrate new markets and provide more services such as food and apparel .
