CKE : Besides registration and scoring , we also help support marketing , communication , organizing the enduro and mini races , and capturing series points for co-sanctioned events .
WP : How does working as a team ensure events go as organized and safely as possible ?
BTC : With the team , we can evenly divide and conquer vs . it all being on one person .
CKE : The team can spread the responsibility between all four of us which allows us to execute at a high level and still have a life outside of TSCEC . We all work great together and understand what each of us have going on in our own lives and find a good balance of responsibilities .
WP : It seems like successful teamwork is essential to coordinate races for hundreds of riders . What are the biggest challenges you face when planning for an event ?
BTC : There is a lot of time spent dedicated to printing numbers , charging all the phones and packing all the equipment . We plan out how the race will run as smoothly as possible .
