Webb took advantage of a roughly two-minute lead after lap 2 to pit for a fresh rear tire and a drink of fuel for the Sherco 300 SE . Trystan Hart had lost a little ground on Webb by lap 2 , coming in almost three minutes behind , but was able to find his rhythm in the final laps , keeping Webb on his toes the whole way to the finish line . In the end , only five riders were able to complete all four laps of the race , with just over a third of the entries able to complete at least one full lap .
FactoryONE Sherco ’ s Louise Forsley not only won the Women ’ s PRO class but was also the only woman to complete one full lap of the course in the time limit . Another point to keep in mind is that this race did not allow for outside assistance when overcoming obstacles . Forsley credited her accomplishments on the course to her trials background and rigorous fitness regimen . In all , seven women participated in the competition , six of whom were able to make at least the second checkpoint of the day before reaching the time limit .
This event was also the inaugural event for the Women ’ s PRO class purse with Westerner RV Park
