it doesn’t not matter you don’t think but i’m sure
what wasn’t is not was never what once was
but let’s have a round of a pause for our dear dead old snow
the trees and the ground, laughing, feigned afraid for their leaves
but while this pattern is exciting we’re not positive it’s deposited
not like this has never happened nothing going to ignore
we’ve forgotten what it isn’t like to forget what it is
so time and again and again time we remember
this wonderful new thing which has never ever
ever never
happened before
