Page 7 THE MAGAZINE ROOM Murphy s Law? This month is starting out with a rant. Is it just me or does everyone else experience this. No matter how hard I try to get a project or job done early or on time something happens. Someone either doesn t get their end done on time, a machine breaks and causes delays, supplies or parts are on back order. The list goes on and on of things that prevent the due date from happening. I ve noticed this to be true whether I m working on Gauge, at my normal job and even at home. Same thing with money no matter how much money you make it s never enough. You always seem to spend what you make and wonder how to get ahead. Then when you do start to get ahead, something always comes up. Car breaks down and needs repairs, water heater goes out and needs replaced. The list just goes on and on. Again is it just me or is this the norm for most people? Sorry had to get that of my chest. April is here and the show season is starting to take shape. Some great shows like Bring the Noize and Forbidden Fantasy show have taken place with good turn outs. Let s hope the rest of the season has the same success as they have. Next on the list of shows is Danger Zone, Lay d Out in the Park, TEX MEX and Spring Fling to name a few. Hope to see everyone at show this season. Until next month, keep the welders running, wet sand for that final coat and visit a strip club or two! Dan Double D Davis Editor ‒ Gauge Magazine
