Inward Anger and the Body
According to psychologists,
inward anger is anger toward
others that gets re-directed and
turned against ourselves. It is
anger that is repressed and
essentially becomes self-hatred
and begins to take on many
different forms. The tricky part is,
anger is a symptomatic emotion.
It is a product of the initial feeling
that originally caused the anger
in the first place. The primary
emotions are what lie beneath
the anger. They are fear,
rejection, pain, jealousy and
betrayal to name a few.
