REFLECTIVE PRACTICE What went well?
Pre 16: Working alongside the delivery team to ensure that the content of the workshop was appropriate and accessible to the target audience was successful. The communication between us was clear and meant that the development of the workshop was collaborative between the project lead and delivery team member responsible for working on the session, both using their skills and knowledge to develop the ideas into the session. Reviewing the development of the session as a group meant that activities were adapted to ensure the aim of the workshop was considered as well as keeping the session accessible to the target audience. To review the session again before launching, we invited an impartial member of the SUN team who had not been working on the project to review the session with us, this gave us further insight into any slides that were unclear or needed further development.
