training and matches. He found that the players
enjoyed the CLA and believed it had a positive
impact on their training and match performance.
The CLA also improved players’ confidence and
enabled them to work together more as a team.
However, Kenny also found that some players
didn’t fully understand the CLA and some players
were resistant to change to the CLA from more
traditional methods. He recommended that players’
understanding of CLA is considered when planning
training activities or competitive matches.
