Company(RCC), offering digital
printing to garment manufacturers,
is growing speedily in this field.
The company, having expertise in
digital printing, offers photoprint
on light and dark fabric; it has the
infrastructure to print a variety of
different fabrics like cotton, lycra,
viscose, wool and polyester. Deepak
Siddharth, CEO of the company
informed, “We are supporting the
industry by offering digital printing
at the cost of screen printing and
that too without compromising
on quality. In 2016, we came up
with hybrid technology and got a
very good response for the same.
Now after a couple of years, there
is a lot of change in the market
scenario. Earlier digital printing
cost was around Rs. 70 to Rs. 80 per
garment (piece) as it was used to
print both on dark as well as light
garment(DTG) which is now Rs. 25
to Rs. 30 with better results. This

of printing the white underbase by
using DTG, we have made the white
underbase by using the screen and
do the necessary part by digital.” He

can do discharge as well as non-

more value to the design and

studio and experienced graphic
designers which makes it capable
to offer own designs to the various
garment manufacturers. Timely
delivery is another strength of
the company as it takes only 1-2
days for sampling and delivers its
orders always on the committed
time. “We have a different set-up
for sampling and don’t interrupt
production in any case. We are
very optimistic about the market,
keeping the cost minimum. We
are constantly making our-selves
efficient at all levels, bringing
in more design, more options,
etc. These efforts are making us
capable to get more orders and to
bring in more customers to digital
printing. Especially the garment
manufacturers mainly using screen
