Creatnet Services installs ERP
Geared up for consistent growth of 25%
S
ome Indian companies are
doing good even in this
difficult scenario and one of them
is Noida-based Creatnet Services.
The 21-year-old company which
is sourcing for design-driven
brands grew 25 per cent last
year and is further expecting the
same growth over the next few
years. Gearing up for this growth
target, the organization recently
installed an ERP system and is
planning to explore the European
market again.
“We deal in very high price
products with an average FOB of
around US $ 25. So, for us getting
business is comparatively less
difficult but its execution is more
challenging. We have nearly 200
styles at one time, so to ease the
overall process and to improve
our efficiency, we have installed a
customized ERP,” shared Garima
Bhat, Co-founder of the company
who is also a management
graduate from the first batch of
Production Management from
National Institute of Fashion
Technology (NIFT).
Currently having clients (mostly
brands) in US and Australia,
Creatnet Services is now again
approaching Europe. Earlier it
had some clients there but due
to the uncertainties in Europe,
including Brexit and other allied
reasons, the company could not
continue business in the region.
But now that things are settled;
the process to serve European
customers has again been
initiated. Some European brands
are in touch with the company,
mostly those that strongly admire
and need India’s strengths.
As a first seed of
Green initiative
by the company,
team Creatnet
Services planted
a rooftop garden
at the office. Many
craftsmen working
with the company
are incredible
farmers as well!
The company even
made the boxes out
of bamboo and used
recycled materials
to protect the plants
from the elements.
Talking about Creatnet’s future
planning, Garima informed that
her goal for the next 2-3 years is
to add top brands of Australia,
which will support her company
to continue its growth of 25
per cent year-on-year. “We are
targeting 5-6 Australian brands
and hopefully we will be able to
add them in our client portfolio,”
shared Garima who is working
with 6 vendors in India on a
regular basis.
Handling a team of nearly 100
plus people, Garima is very
keen to uplift the overall life
of workers, the sampling staff
and take interesting initiatives
for them, be it their training,
engagement or motivation.
Sustainable efforts are also very
much on the agenda for the future.
