AR Forecast: USA is all set to conclude 2018 on a positive note
January to December 2018*
USA, the largest apparel importer in the world, triggered trade war with China in 2018, its largest apparel trade
partner and sparked up massive controversy throughout the year. USA also provided never-seen-before
opportunities for countries like Bangladesh, Vietnam, Ethiopia and Cambodia which, however will never become
second China, but were at least successful in capturing the significant shift coming from China. According to AR
forecast, USA is set to increase both in its values and volumes by 3.32 per cent and 2.72 per cent, respectively.
