the company. The booth showcased
many fabrics in fine gauge and with a
production capacity of 250 tonnes per
month, the company has the capacity
to fulfil both big and small quantity
orders. The direction for R&D at the
company is futuristic with focus on
both performances and aesthetics.
At Lucky Yarn Tex, the range
of options in blended linen were
amazing from viscose linen to
cotton linen and even modal linen.
“The linen content in each option
is at least 30 per cent and the
various combinations added unique
properties to the fabric,” averred
P. Kumaraguruparan, Business
Head of the company. The company
is being led by the next generation of
entrepreneurs and many brands and
exporters found the collection very
appealing. The company is playing
with cellulosic fibres to create unique
blends in yarn with over 2 lakh
spindles of latest technology. Using
air-jet looms, the company also
produces woven fabrics that are of
very high quality.
An interesting addition to the fair
this year was the participation of
8 embroidery companies under
the aegis of SEMA – (Schiffli
Embroidery Manufactures
Association). All participants like
Shiv Shakti, Modi Schiffli, P.C.J.S.
Group were happy to be participating
as they got a good response at the
