esigners show no sign of slowing down on branding their garments with monograms and logos, going as far as
parodying fake replicas thriving in their name.
For the approaching winter season, conspicuous branding showed no signs of refraining. Major players like Fendi,
collaborated with Glaswegian graphic artist Reilly, for their menswear collection to present a fresh take on their
classic double F logo which appeared on everything from clothing to bags to accessories; even Balmain’s Olivier
Rousteing, who in the past has used the brand’s power silhouettes as a signature, introduced ‘Balmain Paris’
calligraphies emblazoned across his pieces.

s soon as you inject artful motifs into a collection, personality and character follow. The motif of choice this
season has emerged to be the face graphic – making its way through oversized T-shirts, hoodies, dresses,
jackets and even lowers.
Probably sparked from the Bowie-dominated time in the recent past, wherein face focused graphics started gaining
momentum.
