IN A H A NGER SYSTEMS
STEPS UP ITS PRESENCE IN BANGLADESH MARKET
R
ising cost of production,
strong interest in automated
production equipment and
demand for better production
technology are attracting
companies to invest in advanced
solutions. Based on Canada’s
technology, INA Hanger Systems
is stepping up its presence in
Bangladesh after being dormant
for a while.
“I remember those times when a
basic CAD system was considered
a luxury in a factory. Bangladesh
apparel industry has come a
long way,” said Mohammed
Nooruddin, Regional Manager –
Bangladesh, INA. In the areas of
automation, INA Hanger Systems
plays an important role as it
targets on productivity efficiency,
up to 20-30% depending upon the
conditions of the factory.
Geared up to serve the market,
Nooruddin admitted that
there might be hurdles for the
company to set its foot back
again in the market. He averred,
“We believe in our product, it
is well-established and well-
tested and this is what will take
us ahead.” Moreover, growing
automation and establishment
of new factories on the outskirts
of Dhaka and Chittagong are in
favour of the company, giving
it the right time to pitch in the
market.
Earlier, the manufacturing
facilities working on bundle
system, found it difficult to
switch to hanger systems due to
constraints of space and flexibility
despite their interest. However,
Nooruddin’s team has been able
to customise solutions to fit
individual needs. Fortunately, in
the present era,the new garment
manufacturing factories coming
up are designed based upon the
requirements to adopt to the

With its comprehensive range of
solutions, INA Hanger Systems
is focusing on customers with its
new factories as well as with the
support of the existing factories.
Nooruddin believes that there
is no ‘one size fits all’, so they
propose customisable solutions
to the customers according to
the requirements. INA Hanger
Systems has a varied range of
solutions for different types of
products such as down jackets,
knitwear, undergarments,
kidswear, home textiles, outdoor
products, denim, sportswear,
suits, sweaters and car interiors.
The crucial crux that influences
the garment manufacturers to
adopt the automation system is
a flexible mindset to adapt and
improve.
INA Hanger Systems has mainly
3 series – 6R, 7R and 8R, which

are renowned for their use
in garment factory. While 6R
is the basic version, 7R is an
upgrade. With a user-friendly
design, 6R helps in bridging
the assembly line and finishing
line by automatic connection
of production data. Wireless
communication in station
terminal allows free adjustment
and control of installation
location; convenience in
operation while standing or
seating. It also provides hourly
production analysis; efficiency
and payroll for single operator.
On the other hand, 7R bridges
the gap between sewing and
finishing. Seamless connection
can be established between
accessory inventory management
software, cutting software,
order-receiving system, cutting
tables and finishing systems,
warehousing systems and
warehousing.
With 8R, INA Hanger Systems is
providing Industry 4.0 intelligent
production experience. Combined
with intelligent equipment
featuring classification,
warehouse and sourcing,
8R increases the production
efficiency of customised clothes.
Equipped with RFID, barcode
and QR code, it bridges the data
between the production floor and
the management.
INA provides training and
consultancy services to its
customers on a regular basis.
“We cannot leave our customers’
hands hanging,” said Nooruddin.
Whenever a new feature is
introduced in the INA Hanger
systems, training is provided to
the customers. Moreover, after
installation, INA’s team trains
and ensures that the factory
operators are ready to use the
system independently.
