Canada Apparel Imports
January to December 2018*
AR Forecast: Canadian apparel industry set to
grow bigger from what it achieved in 2017
Apparel market in Canada rebounded in 2018 witnessing more
shoppers walking into retail stores than 2017. As a result, Canada
kept surging in its apparel imports throughout the year and is
expected to continue this positive performance till December.
According to AR prediction, all major apparel exporters, such as
Bangladesh, Vietnam, India and Cambodia will conclude 2018 on a
positive note.

Japan Apparel Imports

AR Forecast: Bangladesh, Vietnam and India will
emerge victorious
Rising consumer preference for athleisure and knitwear garments
has helped Japan increase its apparel import in 2018. China’s
dominance is fading away and the countries like Bangladesh,
Vietnam and India are capitalising both on large Japanese retail
market as well as declining Chinese exports to Japan and will
conclude this year with double-digit growth.
