that had fine detailing such as ruffles and pleats
in chiffon, habutai silk, and a few brocades s that

DAY ONE
The week was opened by Ikai by Ragini Ahuja,
who experimented with a glamorous line in
autumnal shades but kept the silhouettes
feminine with strong overtones for her ‘Quwa’
collection. Pratima Pandey’s Pramaa displayed
fluid sheer fabrics such as chanderi with floral and
faunal embellishments for the ‘Dastaan’ collection
that comprised saris, kurtas, and draped dresses.
The uber-trendy label HUEMN teamed with Pepsi
to display a fun collection that featured pieces
such as shorts, tees, and pants made from
recycled plastic and with funky prints and colours.
Rimzim Dadu’s mastery over sculpted fluidity
in cords and wires is almost legendary and the

Summer 2020 (LMIFW SS 2020), organised
by Fashion Design Council of India (FDCI), was
