Business Day at City Hall, in partnership with the City of Bloomington, provides a unique opportunity for chamber members and City staff to connect and interact. With multiple sessions focusing on relevant topics to the business community, attendees gain valuable information and insight on issues impacting Bloomington and the region.
State of the City
The State of the City address is the annual report of the City of Bloomington presented by the Mayor and City Manager. Each year this event focuses around a different theme while providing updates on the City’ s activities, business and community partnerships, economic development, and more.
The Bloomington Chamber of Commerce provides a forum for businesses to come together and collaborate to ensure we are positioning Bloomington as the thriving destination it is to visitors from near and far alike. With hospitality being the largest employer in Bloomington, we find our partnership with the Chamber to be invaluable not only for our hotel, but also for helping to ensure that we are working together to promote Bloomington, and ultimately boost the City’ s bottom line.
