Nursing Assistant and Home Health
Aide 3-4 months, offered Spring and Fall

Nursing assistants work directly with patients
to provide personal cares and assist with
activities of daily living. They may work in
long term care, hospital, assisted living or
home care settings. Trained Medication Aide
Trained medication aides are nursing
assistants who are trained to safely
administer medications under the direction
of a nurse.

Phlebotomy Technician
Phlebotomists collect blood samples for
donations and medical testing. They may
work in hospitals, clinics and donation
centers. Basic Life Support
Learn to perform CPR and use an AED.
Receive American Heart Association
certification.
6-8 weeks, offered 3-4 times a year

Central Service Technician
Central Service Technicians work in hospitals
to clean, decontaminate, disinfect, sterilize
and distribute medical and surgical
instruments and equipment.
4 hours, offered monthly
Emergency Medical Responder
First responders manage the scene at
a trauma or medical emergency until
advanced medical personnel arrive.
First Aid
Learn basics for injuries and medical
emergencies. Receive American Heart
Association certification.
