slowing down is the interest
in the craft beer industry. We
are pleased that the north
metro is home to many
breweries – each with their
own unique identity, focus
and flavors. For example,
Bent Brewstillery in Roseville
is actually Minnesota’s first
brewery and distillery under
the same ownership and
same location. The brand
new brewery in Blaine,
Invictus, has an on-site,
permanent restaurant with
amazing food delivered right
to your table. Alloy Brewing
in Coon Rapids strives
to ‘make the unrefined,
exceptional’ with awards
pouring in categories
ranging from stouts,
European lagers and even
fruit beer. These breweries,
and others in the north
metro, are definitely worth
checking out.
