Through both school and community
programs, sports include baseball,
basketball, track and field, football,
hockey, volleyball, soccer, softball,
archery, lacrosse, fishing, trap
shooting and swimming. The
community is proud to be home
to the South Metro Miracle League
Field offering accessible baseball
opportunities for all ability levels.

Lakeville has over 60 parks and
athletic fields totaling nearly
1,100 acres. Nature areas, lakes,
swimming beaches, boat
launches, playground equipment,
tennis and pickleball courts,
indoor and outdoor skating rinks,
picnic areas and sand volleyball
courts adorn the community.

Antlers Park Beach
Located on the east shore of Lake Marion, the
beach offers swimming, volleyball, fishing
pier, horseshoes, and picnic shelters. Seasonal
paddleboard rental available.

Home of Veterans Memorial and the Freedom
Rock. Softball, baseball and soccer fields, picnic
shelter, playground and bocce ball courts.

Casperson Park
Adjacent to the boat launch at the west end
of Lake Marion. Home to soccer fields, picnic
shelters, playground, fishing opportunities,
trails and mountain biking. Seasonal canoe/
kayak rack rental available.

Kenwood Trail Disc Golf Course
18-hole disc course on the well-maintained
rolling terrain on the grounds of Kenwood Trail
Middle School.

Home to baseball fields, Miracle League Field,

miniature golf course.

Orchard Lake Beach
Swimming beach, shore fishing and a tot lot

Ritter Farm Park & Dog Park
340-acre nature-oriented park offering cross-
country skiing, snowshoeing, hiking trails,
archery range, picnic area and shelter, and
equestrian and snowmobile trails. The park
also offers a year-round, five-acre off-leash dog
park. Interpretive programs are scheduled at
the Environmental Learning Center. Snowshoe
rental available at City Hall.

Home to a 21,000-square-foot community-
built “Land of Amazement 2.0” providing
unique playground adventure as well as
tournament soccer fields.

West Lake Marion Mountain Bike Trail
Approximately five miles of mountain bike
trails for beginner, intermediate and advanced
riders. Trailhead located at Casperson Park
soccer field parking lot.

Valley Lake Park
Equipped with a playground, picnic areas
and shelter, walking trail around the lake and
fishing pier.
