U.S. Congressman and retired
Army National Guard Brigadier,
General Scott Perry, received notification
of the delivery and wanted to be
there in attendance. Perry spoke at the
event, “If you know me, you know I
love equipment. Usually when you see
a paver it is covered in asphalt, this is
a great opportunity to see a beautiful
clean paver. We appreciate Stephenson’s

Hoffer Paving, headquartered in
