S ince 1942 , Stepp Manufacturing Co ., Inc . located in North Branch , Minnesota , has specialized in manufacturing the industry ’ s most innovative , and safe asphalt equipment designed to heat , melt , transport , and apply asphalt materials for highway maintenance , pothole repair , crack sealing and parking lot maintenance . 2023 will bring our company to its 81st year in business under the same family ownership with three generations of Stepp ’ s at the helm .
