SHA reports there are well over 5,000 work site deaths each year in the United States , with over 20 % of those being in the construction industry . This is approximately 3.5 construction workers killed per day in the United

States . Construction Angels , Inc . is a 501 ( c ) 3 Non-Profit Organization that provides immediate financial assistance and grief counseling to the children ( 19 years & younger ) and spouse left behind when a construction worker is involved in a work-related fatality . We offer construction scholarship opportunities to qualified applicants , and additional scholarships to surviving children of a fallen worker .
