the plumbing, ensuring material stays up to temperature; an optional hydraulic conveyor with a 100 amp alternator, which doesn’ t draw power away from the material pumps or agitators; dual generators that ensure there is enough power for all running parts and options on the machine; and a re-designed cylindrical material vat, which helps to ensure material doesn’ t get stuck in the tank. Once everyone agreed upon the final requirements, engineering worked on drawings of each component, making sure the new items would be functional, cost-effective and aesthetically pleasing. The project then moved into the manufacturing phase. Manufacturing involves a variety of steps and processes to get to a finished product. Piece by piece, parts start to gather from the raw steel processing portion of the plant. While the pieces gather, the structural tube welded steel frame is designed for strength, stability and long life, setting the new M4™ apart from the competition. The new 410-gallon cylindrical tank is engineered for durability and efficiency.

The tank has the highest heat transfer rate in the industry, making the material put into it melt the fastest. The finished tank weldment is designed to bolt on and off the trailer frame. No part goes unprotected prior to as-
