Acting as the eyes and ears in the field, dealers help Cimline understand the evolving needs of those performing the demanding work of pavement maintenance. That feedback laid the foundation for the redesigned Cimline M4™ 410-gallon crack seal melter. Cimline brought together a team of dealers and high-usage end users to inform every phase of the project. By prioritizing input from those who rely on these machines daily, the M4™ development effort was grounded in real-world experience. The goal was simple: deliver a machine that is more robust, more intuitive and more efficient, ultimately saving time and money on every job. Key components for this redesign included better agitation with a full agitator sweep; an oil-filled central heating tower which allows material to heat up faster; a combustion chamber box with a new angle so heat reaches the material pumps faster; pumps that are outside of the tank, allowing for easier access and faster repairs; material recirculation which is constant through
