WHO ARE WE ?
“ My asphalt career started in 2016 ,” stated Kyle Ascione , owner of Integrity Earth & Asphalt LLC , Rapid City , Michigan . “ I got lucky and got a job with an asphalt paving and maintenance company . The job felt good and I learned a lot .”
Ascione continued : “ I had fallen in love with the asphalt industry and decided to start my own company in July 2018 . Integrity Earth & Asphalt services the greater NW portion of Michigan -- Grand Traverse County , Leelanau County , Antrim County , and Kalkaska County .”
WHAT WE DO
Integrity Earth & Asphalt primarily offers residential asphalt paving . The company does provide light commercial paving , excavation and grading , asphalt maintenance and snow removal . In terms of asphalt pavement maintenance , the company provides seal coating , crack fill , and line striping . They will repair unsightly and hazardous potholes even install speed bumps .
RECENT ACCOMPLISHMENTS
The company has successfully entered its sixth season of operation .
“ I started out with not owning any asphalt equipment and needing to borrow a sealcoat tank in 2018 to now grossing $ 1M in revenue for 2022 , with currently eight employees and a growing fleet of equipment to handle our workload ,” Ascione said . “ I ’ ve also become heavily involved in the Blacktop Banter brand as a content creator and business coach for those looking to get into the asphalt industry , and have also launched a podcast beginning in 2022 called the ‘ 7 Day Hustle ,’ targeting the habits , mindset and lifestyles of high performing people . We work to co-brand our company and ambitions with other like-minded companies and people alike . It is no secret that our sights are set high for strong and continuous growth in the years to come .”
