What ’ s the Difference Between Coal Tar Emulsion and Asphalt Emulsion Sealcoat ? First off , “ coal tar ” is called “ coal tar emulsion ”. To simplify , if you ’ re forcing coal tar to mix with water , you ’ re creating an emulsion as well . But are
