Myobjectivesweretocontinuetobuildrelationshipswithinourcommunity, review andevaluatepoliciesand practicestomakeourworkforcemoreef�cientandefective, respondtotheimmediateneedsofourof�cers, communities, andstakeholders, andreportinformationtoourof�cersandinitiativestothepublic. Thesefour pilarswildrivehow wepoliceAlexandriaforwardandarticulatetheworkwearedoingtoengageinthese processesthatwilextendbeyondday100. Theoutcomessharedinthisplanrepresentthe�rststepinour colectiveandcolaborativejourneytostrengthenpublicsafetyforeveryoneinourcity. Iremaincommitedto providingthehighestlevelofpublicservicebyempoweringourof�cersandstafwithsolutionstoaddresscrime andsafetyconcernsacrossourcity.
