Chief ’ s Message
I am Al Jones , Chief of Police for the City of Arlington . I am thrilled and excited about the opportunity to lead this outstanding department that represents the core values of policing . I am eager to get out and meet each of you once it is safe to do so .
This report catalogs the hard work and determination that our employees contributed in 2020 . Our workforce faced extraordinary challenges last year with COVID-19 . They persevered through it and remained committed to responding to calls for service and proactively patrolling our great city .
