La gestion adéquate des déchets est cruciale pour préserver notre environnement et notre santé . Moka l ’ a bien compris et a instauré un écosystème de tri , collecte et recyclage , et avec d ' autres acteurs externes , la région permet aujourd ' hui le recyclage de 10 catégories de déchets allant du papier au verre en passant par les équipements électriques et électroniques .
Proper waste management is essential for protecting our environment and health . Moka is aware of this and has set up a sorting , collection and recycling ecosystem , and with other stakeholders , you can today recycle 10 different types of waste in the city ranging from paper to glass , including electronic and electric equipments .

L ’ objectif : alimenter à terme 100 % de sa consommation énergétique par ses fermes solaires . Des panneaux sont déjà installés sur les toits de Bagatelle Mall et Vivéa Business Park , et certains quartiers , comme L ’ Avenir , offriront un éclairage public exclusivement alimenté par l ' énergie photovoltaïque . En parallèle , la ville sensibilise ses habitants pour développer des habitudes de consommation plus efficientes .
The goal : 100 % of Moka ’ s energy consumption will eventually be supplied by its solar farms . Panels have already been installed on the roof of Bagatelle Mall and buildings within Vivéa Business Park , while some precincts , such as L ' Avenir , will be equipped with public lighting powered exclusively by photovoltaic energy . At the same time , the city is raising awareness among its residents , helping them to develop more efficient consumption habits .

Moka vise à optimiser durablement le cycle de l ' eau , de son utilisation première à sa réutilisation , en passant par sa distribution et sa récupération . Pour ce faire , un bassin à rétention d ’ eaux pluviales et d ’ eaux usées traitées a été créé pour couvrir les besoins des espaces publics . De plus , chaque résident de la ville bénéficie de deux réseaux d ’ eau : potable et non potable pour une meilleure gestion de l ’ eau .
Moka aims to optimize the water cycle in a sustainable way , from its initial use to its reuse , including distribution and harvesting . To do so , Moka has built a retention pond harvesting rainwater and treated wastewater to supply its public spaces . Furthermore , each resident benefits from two water networks : potable and non-potable , for a better management .

Ce concept vise à minimiser notre impact environnemental tout en créant de la valeur économique et sociale . Une initiative clé de Moka en ce sens a été l ’ ouverture du ReStore en 2022 , abritant The Good Shop , Baz ’ art Kreasion et le Moka Corner . En parallèle , Moka participe à l ’ élaboration du National Roadmap for Circular Economy , projet du Ministère de l ’ Environnement , de la Gestion des Déchets et du Changement Climatique .
This concept aims to minimise our environmental impact while creating economic and social value . Moka opened the ReStore in 2022 as a key step in this direction . The shop houses The Good Shop , Baz ' art Kreasion and Moka Corner .
