Supplier Partners: A Vital Part
of our Association and Industry
Over the past few months while we all have navigated
these ever-changing and challenging times,
we want to assure you that AAMD
continues to be focused
on the Supplier Partner Members of
AAMD. In this uniquely unpredictable
environment, our focus is still on
delivering member value! Beyond
our traditional offerings, services,
products, and events… AAMD
strives to create a powerful ROI
– for both our owner/operator
members and our Supplier
Partners!
On the AAMD website, there
are different resources illustrating
highlights of how AAMD has
responded to COVID-19 and the
subsequent economic ramifications;
but just as important are some key actions
and strategies we are executing to retain and
improve the investment(s) you make within the
Apartment Association of Metro Denver.
First, hopefully by now you’ve seen and had a chance to
complete the Supplier Partner survey we sent out a few weeks
ago. We want to hear how you’re doing and what AAMD can do to
support your efforts to maintain and grow your business. If you
have not seen it, please contact AAMD and they can send you a link
to the survey. Your answers will be completely confidential.
Second, AAMD is creating some new outdoor networking
events for the Fall, designed to put you back in touch with
key industry decision makers. There will be heavily
discounted attendance and sponsorship options
at these activities. We will balance valuable
networking opportunities with individual
safety and anti-virus considerations.
Third, for our large-scale
revenue producing events, AAMD
will emphasize the value delivered
at these modified events with the
investment toward 2021 events.
In other words if your investment
is not fully yielded, it will be
partially carried forward. Our
goal is to exceed your expectations!
Fourth, the success of our recent
on-line virtual B2B meetings have been
so great that we are considering creating
a series of B2B connection platforms.
Please let us know if this is something you would
participate in if offered.
Finally, our priority is YOU and your membership! We will
explicate and emphasize our motto “Members Use Members” more
than ever with our Owner operators. This priority must translate
to everyone, and you have our commitment to spotlight this at
every opportunity. For more on our new Supplier Partner First
initiative, see page 16-17.
