When The Integral Group chose the Golden Triangle
neighborhood to build their second Colorado prop-
erty, they looked to their surroundings for inspira-
tion. In the heart of the cultural district, a block from
the Clyfford Still Museum, and two blocks from
Civic Center Park, the ultra-modern, highly energy-
efficient property showcases an industrial chic
aesthetic.
Residences feature floor-to-ceiling windows, ex-
posed concrete ceilings, high gloss, two-toned
cabinets, stainless steel appliances and white quartz
countertops. Finishes include frameless glass show-
er, under-mount sinks, and sliding barn doors.
Outside, the design elements continue with its raised
circular saline pool, grass-like lounge area, private
cabanas, built-in grilling stations, fire pits, and large
sundeck with unobstructed views of the Denver Art
Museum and Pike’s Peak. The asset is managed by
Greystar and holds a LEED Gold certification.
