The challenge is never the same from day to day. From floods and fires, to light bulbs and door stops, you never know what is in store for you on any given day. Knowing that I can have a direct impact on a resident’ s life is very powerful. Sometimes it’ s as simple as just listening to a story that can make someone smile. MOST SIGNIFICANT TECHNOLOGICAL ADVANCEMENT IN THE INDUSTRY: We have recently transitioned to using the Yardi app for work orders. It has been a great time saver. YOUR FIRST APARTMENT: Milk crate entertainment center, wood spool kitchen table, nothing matched and most of it was free.
